Expense Approval Request

  • This form must be submitted prior to any expenditures, improvements or repairs for the club and presented to the Board of Directors at a scheduled BOD meeting the fourth Thursday of each month for approval. Emergencies must be directed to [email protected]. Board of Directors will negate payment to individuals or subs for services or material rendered without this prior approval.
